INLInE is an international network of teachers, trainers, student teachers, scholars and researchers who share an interest in language and intercultural education. The network aims to develop teaching collaborations, pedagogical approaches and research.

Dr Leticia Yulita, PhD
Chair of Pedagogical InnovationDr Leticia Yulita, Professor Emerita and formerly Associate Dean International for the Faculty of Arts and Humanities at the University of East Anglia, UK, specialises in language and intercultural education. Her teaching and scholarship interests include intercultural citizenship, human rights education, CLIL (Content and Language Integrated Learning) and international education, amongst others. Leticia was awarded an Advance HE National Teaching Fellowship, the most prestigious accolade in the teaching profession in higher education in the UK. Dr Melina Porto, PhD
Chair of ResearchDr Melina Porto is a researcher at the National Research Council (CONICET) and Full Professor at Universidad Nacional de La Plata in Argentina. She was Honorary Research Fellow at the University of East Anglia, UK during 2019-2024. Her research interests include intercultural language education, intercultural citizenship, pedagogies of discomfort, social justice and ethics, among others. Prof. Gabriela Atena, MA
Chair of Community EngagementGabriela Atena, MA in Education and Professional Development, is Head of the English Department at Instituto Superior “Juan 23”, and Director of Studies at the Sherlock Holmes English Centre in the city of Bahía Blanca, Argentina. Her community engagement activities include leading the ‘Global Children’ project and the ‘Play and Help’ scheme in partnership with the charitable NGO Centro Social Vicentino and the University of East Anglia, UK. Gabriela’s work tackles the issue of access to quality education for disadvantaged children in the south of Argentina, whilst improving employability prospects in English language student teachers.
