at Universidad Nacional de La Plata in Argentina and the University of Padova in Italy researched mural art and graffiti with the goal of discussing whether they are a form of art or an example of vandalism. Students photographed existing murals and graffiti in their cities and described the meaning of these forms of expression in a social and historical perspective.
